Yahoo – Yahoo is (Finally) Offering Some Great Deals

You know, I’ve always had a special fondness in my heart for Yahoo. I first got online back in 1989, and in (commercial) Internet years, that was the ‘early years’. Of course I live in rural Indiana so I wasn’t exactly on the cutting edge with the first surfers, but I got Internet access almost as soon as I could reasonably obtain it. Even then I had to pay Netcomm an hourly rate, and there was no toll-free number at that point! It was very expensive also. I even had to use some clunky browser they had, times have changed, thank God.

Anyway, Yahoo has been around forever, at least in Internet years. They’re one of the only names that have been there, non-stop, since the early days. Others have come and gone, especially after the ‘dot com’ craze had it’s bubble busted back in 2002.

Even though I’ve always liked Yahoo, I’ve never had their hosting, never had a Yahoo Store, never really had anything Yahoo other than a free Yahoo (Geocities) Webpage, email address and I’ve used their instant messaging for years. Mainly I haven’t used their paid services because Yahoo always seemed to charge a little more, for a little less. Their web hosting seemed expensive, but still seemed to lack a little in features. I’m sure it was probably good as far as from an operating and support view point, but I always thought they could do better on pricing.

Yahoo! Search Marketing

I’m not really sure when it happened, but Yahoo has gotten really competitive in their pricing on everything they offer. At least everything that I know a little about.

Yahoo! Personals

So in an effort to promote ‘an old friend’, I thought I would add a few links to some of Yahoo’s very good products/services. I’ve always known that Yahoo offered quality products and services and now I’ll be able to look at them seriously when it’s time to add, or upgrade my online functionality.

Oh, I have also had a Yahoo Search Marketing (Pay Per Click) account for quite a while, and I can attest to the great service and cost effectiveness of using Yahoo for your paid advertising. Personally, I think Yahoo probably has the best user interface of the ‘big three’ in the PPC realm. In fairness, I haven’t used Microsoft’s AdCenter in a long time, so I could be pleasantly surprised the next time I logon there.  I sure hope so.

Yahoo! Small Business

Enjoy  the ‘new’(as far as I’m concerned) Yahoo and their fantastic services that are finally priced accordingly. There’s never been a question of Yahoo’s abilities, and now they offer their top-notch performance at impressive prices. Go take advantage with some of the coupons I’ve listed in this post and on the sidebar of this site.

Do You Believe In Fate ? A Very Interesting Story of How One Woman is Earning a Lot of Money on the Internet

It is a natural law that like causes always produce like effects,
and, therefore, any man or woman who learns to do things in
this certain way will infallibly get rich.

I’ve always believed things happening for a reason, and things being destined to happen.

I originally heard this woman’s amazing story quite a while back, but never even went to her Website to learn more about her, or the event that ‘accidentally’ made her, and continues to make her, a very large sum of money.

I’ll let you read the story from her (Rebecca Fine) and you’ll see how something totally unforeseen changed her life immensely. It was the act of a stranger sending her a book written in 1910 that brought her lots on money, and helped her start her hugely successful online business.

The book was in the Public Domain meaning that she was basically able to do with it what she wanted, especially profit in her case.

Oh, by the way…you can download that same book in PDF format free from her site. It’s not a very big book, she calls it a ‘guide’, but it contains some very powerful information that I think everyone should read. Especially if you need more money in your life.

Click here to go to her Website, and to download the book for free…there’s no purchase necessary.

Remember, the book is yours to print, and to give out to family and friends.

P.S. You can get a copy of the Affiliate Masters Course that Rebecca Recommends by clicking here (it’s free).

Working Productively

You know, for some reason you hear more of the same old sayings around marketing people than in any other field I believe.

I just got through seeing ‘analysis paralysis’ again for the 345,23 time in a few months. Okay, maybe not exactly, but probably close.

I guess I’m pretty slow…I’m just now figuring out I’m slow, so I have to be REAL slow. For some reason it just hit me when I saw that phrase the last time. It’s about me.

I always thought I was actually staying busy, getting things done, but I really noticed that I mostly waste time jumping from one thing to the next. Don’t get me wrong, I’m better than a lot of people that never do ANYTHING other than read, hang out in forums, and maybe actually buy some hosting (but never put up a site).

I have got several sites going, and I’ve even got some domains waiting with a couple projects ‘in the works’, right. They’ll get done…eventually.

My point here though, is that for the amount of time I spend online, I should probably be retired!! I don’t have the paralysis thing, but I guess I have something similar. I just noticed that in this window where I have FireFox running, I have (8) EIGHT open!! Maybe some of you can work efficiently like that, but all I do is jump around, looking at things that don’t help me in any way, shape, or form.

I’m turning over a new leaf…No more windows/tabs going than I actually need for what I’m currently doing. I going to stay focused on one (maybe 2) things at once. I know I can get much more done with the time I have. Now let’s see exactly what I’m able to achieve.

Maybe I’ll be the next ‘Rich Jerk’, hopefully not. :)
