If you've just started in PPC Marketing, or you'd like to get started, there's a new training site online. I've seen a few others, but the one that came highly recommended was out of my price range.

Well, this one is priced very reasonably at $29.97/month. I really can't imagine finding anything even remotely worth your time for less money. The PPC Classroom is headed by Anik Singal of 'Affiliate Classroom' fame, and also Amit Mehta, PPC guru extrodonaire.

I've signed up, and have been through the 9 PPC modules once. I do, however, want to go through everything again as I get time. There's quite a bit to commit to memory. It's good to know that all the information is available with a couple of clicks of the mouse.

One great thing about PPC Classroom is that it will always have new, fresh information, and not just a stagnant, static course. I thought I knew quite a bit about PPC Marketing, even though my first campaigns haven't been successful, but I learned so much that I never knew existed.

Amit's method for setting up an Adwords campaigns is great. Using Microsoft Excel and a macro that is downloadable from the site, he shows you how to get a massively sized campaign up and running in the shortest time possible. After looking at his way of doing things, I would imagine what can be done using his procedures, versus manually doing it, would literally save you weeks on a large campaign.

There's also some cool, free downloads on the site. Just one of the bouses was worth the first month's membership fee, for me anyway. It's a huge file of awesome graphics that you can use on your sites. There's checkmarks, arrows, contact us (email), guarantee seals, buy now and many more graphics, in various colors.

It work take a huge amount of time to create these, even if you had an original and just created all the different colors of each one. The zip file, if I remember correctly, was about 70megs., so that gives you an idea of how much is there.

There's also an addon that you can get, if you so desire. It's called the 'Niche Detective Club'. The following is directly from the PPC Classroom site.

  • 3-5 video tours of each niche - Amit holds your hand as he investigates each niche, finds products, and researches the marketplace.
  • 2 ready-to-use keyword lists for each niche - You'll get a starter list with selected high-volume keywords, plus a comprehensive list that contains a massive amount of keywords to bid on, expand, and test.
  • Niche analysis report on each niche - A convenient summary of our niche findings, showing you how we did the research, along with recommendations for how you can attack this niche immediately.
  • The 'Niche Detective Club' is priced at $19.97 per month, but it was free for a month when I signed up so I opted to check it out.

I'm not sure exectly how useful it will be as I've yet to run a campaign using the information provided. I will say that everything is as promised, but even with 3 niches per month, if you get a large number of people picking the same campaign, with most of the same keywords, it could be even much more competitive than PPC normally is anyway. I would say it's worth checking out, for sure if it's still free when they're accepting new members. You'll just have to judge for yourself if it's something that will help you to produce income.

In closing, I'd just like to say...if you're new to PPC Marketing, I don't see how you can do better for training than PPC Classroom. There is a monthly fee, but of course you can cancel at any time you wish. The way I look at it is if you're able to get a very successful campaign going using the information in the training, the realized profit could pay for many monthly membership fees, and much more.

I recently joined Affiliate Classroom, and I've also posted about it here. The reason for this posts isn't to promote Affiliate Classroom again however. I guess it is somewhat of a promotion, but it's for Anik Singal this time around.

In case you don't know, Anik is the creator of Affiliate Classroom and a very successful affiliate marketer. I guess it could be enough of an ego boost just knowing that you've gotten to the top of your game, and you're making lots of money, but Anik has something else going on that very few will ever get to experience.

He's in the running for Businessweek's Top Entrepreneur Under 25.

He's is currently in the top 25 with the final votes just now being accepted. I just received an email from him...actually 2, one from the Affiliate Classroom on the same topic, he really wants the votes. :)

Anyway, the voting for this deal ends tomorrow (9-22-08), and Anik is campaigning to get the last few votes that he can. I really can't think of anyone more deserving myself. I will be honest also and admit that I don't know the stories of all the big name affiliates, nor do I know a lot about most of the other competitors in the Businessweek competition. I do know Anik's story though, and anyone that can start with $100 and reach his level of success, surely has to be in a position to be honored in some way.

So if you can spare a few minutes and want to help out a fellow affiliate marketer, and an all-around nice guy, drop by and give him your vote. Just click here to vote...he's the forth mark from the top (Affiliate Classroom (Anik Singal)). Also make sure you read the short story here too. They've even got a slideshow so you can get a look at all the young people that just have that special knack for generating a buck.

GOOD GOING ANIK!!  (now what was the agreement ? 6 months free access to affiliate classroom ? :) )

P.S.  They've even got Sir Richard Branson helping to make the selection. Now that's just plain COOL!!

P.S. Again - I said this wasn't a promotional post for Affiliate Classroom, and it wasn't intended to be, but I was in the middle of downloading some material from AC just now, and I was just thinking...I've probably already gotten enough information in the form of eBooks, reports, case studies, audios, videos, software and the list goes on, to make my first year of Affiliate Classroom pretty much free...and then some.

Seriously, if you're trying your hand in affiliate marketing, do yourself a favor and get the best training and support that you can. At $1 for the 14-day trial, and $30/month thereafter, I can't believe that you could EVER find ANYTHING even close to what Affiliate Classroom offers.
