I almost feel like I need to apologize for even mentioning ‘quality content’, or ‘content is king’ again. I get tired of hearing it also. This posts isn’t to ramble on about it again however. It is about the importance of your content, but it came about because of a post I just saw on another blog.

Autoblogging
I’ve been reading a little on autoblogging lately. It seems as though most people that know about autoblogging have an opinion on it, positive or VERY negative. In case there’s anyone that still doesn’t know what autoblogging is (I think I was the last to find out actually), it’s taking syndicated feeds and using them, sometimes exclusively, for your blog content. Well, I guess the first problem that I noticed when I looked at several autoblogs, was that, at least on some, it seems as though any information is ‘fair game’. Some people seem to interprate an RSS feed as an invitation to take any or all of the information available via RSS, and use it in whatever way you see fit. I don’t want to speak for anyone else here, but I’ve got a strong feeling that many people, especially the ones that make their living on the articles and other content that they produce, probably, most likely, don’t want that content used by someone just so they don’t have to produce anything themselves, and can make a quick buck from it.
